Bill Thatcher, Executive Director

Bill has more than twenty-five years of executive level experience with regional, national and international companies and governmental institutions, including both federal and state corrections institution staff and prisoners with particular emphasis on long-range, participatory communication and management planning strategies, program design and evaluation, transition planning and implementation, community/team building and adult education.

In addition to his consulting work, Bill is an inspirational public speaker in local, national and international forums. He connects well across a table or an auditorium. He is author of numerous published articles and co-author of the 1997 book, The Power of Acceptance: Building Meaningful Relationships in a Judgmental World, Newcastle Publishing, Van Nuys, California.

Larry Pennings

Larry offers HeartStream clients the benefit of his skills in training design and delivery, meeting facilitation, and organizational leadership consultation and coaching. He also provides oversight to HeartStream operations and finances.

He brings more than twenty years experience working with groups in a variety of contexts. Both his Masters and Doctoral work focused on understanding and working with the often unseen dynamics that impact the effectiveness of work done in groups. He continues to pursue his passion for helping leaders recognize and release the spirit that animates them and their organizations.

Paula Hansen

Paula has over ten years experience as a leader and facilitator of groups in both the business environment and also in the area of personal growth and development. She has led trainings and workshops in various cities across the U.S. and Germany, including working in federal and state correctional institutions. Paula also specializes in using graphic tools to help groups do their best thinking.

Cynthia Pruitt

Cynthia is a speaker, trainer and facilitator. She has over 15 years experience guiding local government, business and nonprofit groups through change. She has led numerous groups through difficult decision making, helping them develop more effective working relationships and projects. Participants have consistently rated her work as creative, engaging and knowledgeable. Many especially appreciate the participative nature of her sessions.

Clients have appreciated the way she helps employees make the difficult transition from saying "we don't have enough time, you caused this/you fix it" to "maybe we can do it" and [with pride] "we do this...it's our job...we do it well."

Cynthia has an MA in Whole Systems Design with a diploma in organizational consulting.

Lois Greenberg

Lois has over 25 years of experience working for corporations and nonprofits in the area of organizational change, planning, problem solving, customized meeting design and facilitation and coaching.

She brings significant experience working with organizations that are dealing with critical changes crucial to thriving in the coming years. Her experience is focused on helping people in organizations to be more effective and productive by working together to assess and design better ways of meeting their goals. This work includes designing new work processes, creating and implementing strategic plans, consolidating work across functions, increasing customer focus, and executive coaching.
